Mark Loeffen & Associates offer practical training workshops tailored to suit the unique requirements of learning initiatives and research & development. We are collaborating with the Organisation Development Institute to deliver these courses within New Zealand.
Suitable for both research leaders and team members, these unique workshops explore practical ways to manage projects where you or your client may (or may not know) what you want to achieve, but not how to get there. Traditional project management does not work for these types of projects.
